Located on the Pike River in the Marinette County Forest east of Dunbar. From US HWY 141 in Pembine take US HWY 9 west 5.5 miles and turn south on Lily Lake Road. Travel about 1.5 miles and turn west on Twin Lakes Road. Travel a 1/2 mile and take Twelve Foot Falls Road south 7 miles to Forest Road 510. Travel about a 1/2 mile to the turnoff to the falls which leads to a small parking area where a walking trail leads to the falls
