TRAIL REPORT: - Marinette County Snowmobile Trail Conditions

Base: 4”to 5” Status: Closed Groomed: Yes Condition: Poor
Narative from club reporter: The weather forcasts are not snowmobile friendly for the next few days. We have clsoed our trails in attempt to save our base. #riderightridesafe
Event:9th.anniual Brat Fry coming up on Saturday, Feb. 21st. at our clubhouse at W8078 Rifle Range Road in Pembine! 12-5pm. Food, beverages, basket raffles, 50/50 and more!! Come by snowmobile, ATV, UTV, or auto mobile!! See you there!!

Base: 2-4 inches Status: OPEN Groomed: Yes Condition: Fair
Narative from club reporter: Grooming, trails are in Fair condition. Corners are icy with little snow so be careful
Dun-Good Riders: Snowmobile and year round ATV/UTV trails are located in (Zone 1) in the Goodman-Dunbar of Northwest Marinette County areas. www.dungood.org or follow us on Facebook
Base: 3” to 6” Status: Open Groomed: Yes Condition: Fair to Excellent
Narative from club reporter: Dun-Good Riders trails are open and groomed with 3”to 6”of base. Trails are Fair to Excellent however there are icy corners where caution needs to be considered. We will be done grooming on Thursday until temps cool back down. Temps as high as 45 degrees, we ask that no one ride the trails, snowmobile and ATV/UTV. Know the trails and where you are riding, trails are closed around us because of these unseasonably high temperatures.

Iron Snow Shoe: Snowmobile and year round ATV/UTV trails are located in (Zone 2) Northwest of Crivitz, in the Twin Bridge, Crooked Lake, Silver Cliff and Thunder Mountain areas of Marinette County. www.ironsnowshoe.com or follow us on Facebook
Base: 4” to 6” Status: OPEN Groomed: Yes Condition: Very Good
Narative from club reporter: IRON SNOW SHOE TRAILS ARE FAIR TO GOOD CONDITION. We encourage riders to ride when temps are below freezing & refrain with the warm up to preserve the base we have. ATV/UTVs are not allowed on the trails when warmer than 32 degrees.
Event: High Falls Fish-O-Rama & Radar Run are Saturday 2/14/26 9:00-4:00 Right on the Iron Snow Shoe trail. Bring your sleds, UTVs, 4-wheelers & motorcycles out on the ice and race. Pray for snow!! Ride Safe and Ride Right!

Narative from club reporter: Our entire trail system is groomed and in Very Good condition. However, for how long is the question? The temperatures are looking to reach the mid 40’s by this weekend there is a good chance grooming will be suspended until it cools back down. If you ride, please go easy on the throttle and try to tread lightly if at all possible or consider not riding this weekend in those unseasonably high temps to see if we can preserve the base. It’s only mid- February, surely we can expect winter to do what it’s supposed to do later in the month?!!
